I have been a hobby woodworker for over 25 years and wood turning since 2006.  My goal is to provide you with a wide variety of wood turned items that are made to be used and to be appreciated as art.  I offer bowls, hollow forms, platters, pens, bottle stoppers, and other items that I have taken a great deal of pride in creating. 

Special care is taken in selecting the trees that I use for my art.  No live trees are taken down just so I have some wood to turn.  All of my wood comes from standing dead trees, storm damaged trees. or from mill yards.  I attempt to offer woods that have character to them.  You will notice that I do not shy away from wood that has voids or cracks.  To me they just add to the personality or each piece.  I certainly can't take any credit for what Mother Nature has done to the wood, but I take a tremendous amount of pride in creating pleasing shapes that enhance the wood.  On all of my pieces the type of wood and my name have been burned into the bottom.   That way you will always remember what type of wood the item is made from.
